WHS- Form 26 – Tool Testing Register
It is a requirement of the WHS Legislation and the Managing Electrical Risks in the Workplace Code of Practice, that electrical plant, equipment and tools not only be tested and tagged, but a record of the inspection be kept. This form is designed to help you keep track of the tools, inspections and results.
