Backing up your JSEAsy EHS software
It is really important to backup your JSEAsy data file. In the event of a computer crash or hard drive failure you could possible lose all of your data. We can always give you a new program file, but your data is exclusively yours and should be protected and backed up.
To Backup your JSEAsy software, follow the steps below:
Navigate to C:JSEAsy on your PC for single user versions
Look for the file JSEAsy_be.accdb
Right click on the file and select copy (alternatively right click and send to a compressed zip folder to reduce the size of the file)
Paste the copied file to another location. This would preferable be on an external hard drive or USB thumb drive
