Am I running a 64-bit or 32-bit version of Office?
To find out if you are running a 64 or a 32-bit version of office follow these steps:
Open a Word document and then go to file
Scroll down and click on Account
Review what Microsoft Office product you have
Look to see if have Access included in your subscription. If not, Download and install Office 365 Access Runtime and make sure you install the 32 or 64 bit version that matches your office subscription as shown in the last step below.
Click on, “About Word”
Review the bit version
You will see here either 32-bit or 64-bit
