Rehabilitation Policy

OSH – Form 09 – Rehabilitation Policy – this document is customised and branded for your company to take into consideration the provisions of the WorkCover act in your state or territory.

This policy and procedure is applicable to all employees under a contract of employment including casual employees. Employee means for the purpose of this policy, an individual who is employed under a contract of service regardless of their tax paying status

Workplace Rehabilitation means the process of using the workplace to provide tasks that are specified, controlled, graded and matched to the continuing physical and psychological recovery of an injured employee

Workplace Rehabilitation Plan means a written plan of action allowing for a supervised and graduated (where applicable) return to work by the injured employee.
