Shipping and Delivery Policy

Our software will be made available to you as a download once you have supplied registration details and your payment has been received.

You will receive an email within 1 hour with the Product Activation key (PAK) and Download link.

The download link will work for 7 days.

If you have a problem with your download, contact us and we will re-activate the link.

Cloud hosted subscriptions take a bit of time to setup. We will need you to send us a copy of your Letterhead and also your Logo. We will then setup a profile for you and send you login details.  Access to the cloud version may take up to 8 business hours. Generally, this means you will have access sometime the day after you subscribe.
