Completed OSH Forms

From here you can select any previously completed OSH form (Note: “OSH” will automatically change to coincide with the terminology used in the selected region in the defaults setup. e.g. OHS or OSH)

Your company information as well as the Acts, Regulations and regulators will automatically be updated, based on your default company information and an the selected region.

Hint

You can change your default location to update the forms if you are working in a different region to your default.
