Office update has broken the JSEAsy application

Yesterday Office did an automatic update to Version 2505 (Build 18827.20164). Following the update all access data base files would no longer work as they used to with many of the buttons, and forms appearing blank.

I was able to roll back to a previous version using the command prompt following these steps.

Disable updates temporarily:

• Open Word (or any Office app).

• Go to File → Account.

• Under Office Updates, click Update Options → Disable Updates.

Press Windows + R, type cmd, then press Ctrl + Shift + Enter to run Command Prompt as Administrator.

Run this command:

“C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ClickToRun\OfficeC2RClient.exe” /update user updatetoversion=16.0.17531.20152

Rolling back has resolved the issue.
