Customers with an active JSEAsy v4.5 Premium + Cover subscription can now upgrade to JSEAsy v4.6.6 Premium EHS Software at no additional cost. This major upgrade expands and enhances your existing JSEAsy WHS and Safety Management System with new SWMS templates, Plant and Equipment Risk Assessments (PERAs), Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs), WHS forms, policies, procedures, inspections and powerful new software features.
The upgrade process automatically adds the new features and content directly into your existing JSEAsy data file, so you keep all your current projects, templates, registers and company information intact.
What’s Included in the JSEAsy v4.6.6 Upgrade?
Version 4.6 introduces one of the largest content and feature expansions released for JSEAsy. The upgrade significantly increases the capability of your WHS management system and provides additional tools to help streamline safety compliance and documentation management.
New SWMS / JSA / JHA Templates
Over 144 new Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) templates have been added since v4.5, expanding your library of ready-to-use safety documentation across a wide range of industries and work activities.
New Plant and Equipment Risk Assessments (PERAs)
22 new Plant and Equipment Risk Assessments have been added to strengthen plant safety management and risk assessment capability. New PERA features include:
- Plant number tracking
- Make and model recording
- Review and audit tracking
- Next review reminders
- Ability to duplicate PERAs for similar plant items
- Enhanced PERA registers
Expanded Safe Operating Procedure (SOP) Library
68 additional Safe Operating Procedures have been included in the upgrade, bringing the total SOP library to more than 117 procedures ready for immediate use.

Premium customers gain access to a substantial range of new WHS forms, registers, policies and procedures including:

Your Existing Data Remains Safe
When upgrading to JSEAsy v4.6.6, the new templates, forms, procedures and enhancements are merged directly into your existing database. Your existing SWMS, PERAs, SOPs, registers and company records remain intact during the upgrade process.

This free upgrade is available to customers with:
- JSEAsy v4.5 Premium
- An active Premium + Cover subscription
Customers without active cover may require a paid upgrade or support renewal.
