This upgrade applies to standard/ base single user rental 64-bit version 4.4.1 You may need to first upgrade to v4.4.1 from older versions. This will give upgrade your existing data file

All of your existing data will remain intact. All of the new features are added to your existing data file when you upgrade to v4.5.6
