Employee means for the purpose of this policy, an individual who is employed under a contract of service regardless of their tax paying status<\/p>\n<p><strong>Workplace Rehabilitation <\/strong>means the process of using the workplace to provide tasks that are specified, controlled, graded and matched to the continuing physical and psychological recovery of an injured employee<\/p>\n<p><strong>Workplace Rehabilitation Plan <\/strong>means a written plan of action allowing for a supervised and graduated (where applicable) return to work by the injured employee.<\/p>\n<p>This&nbsp;policy&nbsp;is also included in the JSEAsy OSH&amp;E Software <a title=\"All versions of the JSEAsy safety software are for creating Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Safe Operating Procedures (SOP).
