Select a form from the list<\/h2>

Select a OSH form from the list of forms:<\/p>

Your company information as well as the\u00a0Acts, Regulations and regulators will automatically be updated, based on\u00a0your default company information\u00a0<\/a>and an the selected region.<\/p>

If an OSH form is job related, you will be asked to select a job and then you will be taken to the job to generate the form. Policy forms, Registers and Inspection forms will start from here.<\/p>

Once a form has been generated you will be able to access it from the\u00a0Select a Completed OSH form <\/a>area.<\/p>

This will display a list of all of the company policy and procedure forms<\/p>

Register\/ Inspection Forms<\/strong>
This will display a list of all of the company registers and inspection forms<\/p>

This will display a list of all of the safety forms and registers you would use on a job<\/p>
